Ariel Khadr

Ariel Khadr, sponsored model and IFBB Fitness Pro competitor, is an athlete who competes. After quitting her gymnastics career She began competing in fitness contests at the age of was 16 years old. In 2017, she was just 17 when she was awarded her Professional Card. Ariel Khadr, sponsored athlete and IFBB Fitness Pro competitor model. At the age of 16, she began competing in fitness competitions following her decision to quit gymnastics. At the age of 17 she was awarded her Pro Card one year later. She became one of the oldest IFBB Pro ever. Ariel was forced to take the time off from the stage following the award of her Pro card to complete her college. After completing her college education, Ariel returned in 2015. The show continued in the same way she left off in previous competitions, including those of the Toronto Pro Supershow and Mr. Olympia. She participated for a couple of years in the time following her debut with a goal of setting higher standards every year. For 2009 alone, 4 brand new fitness titles were added to her collection. In addition, she was the youngest IFBB Fitness Pro of all in history (age 17) when she won in 2009 the NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Championship. Ariel had a long break when she earned her Professional card to get her degree from college. The first time she competed professionally with IFBB was in the 2015 Phoenix Europa Games in October 2015. She came in third at the competition. Summer of 2016, she was the winner of the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow. This meant that she became a participant in Fitness Olympia. After three months, Ariel took to the Olympia Stage to take home 6th in Fitness Division. Ariel acknowledges that she had no expectation. She was happy about her position. In light of the fact that she had to compete against some of the top competitors. Ariel is always awe-inspiring, bringing improvements to her physique each year. Ariel loves to work out her back. The workouts she does to strengthen her back include bent-over rows on the machine with single arm lat pull-downs. It is common to warm up first, followed by an actual training. Ariel also likes to make use of every minute. How she does this is through supersetting her back exercises. A total of three or four supersets of 10--12 reps are completed.
