Andrea Jeremiah

Andrea Maria Jeremiah (born in India) is a Indian actor, singer-songwriter and performer. She is mainly involved in Tamil as well as Malayalam movies. Her acting debut was in Tamil film Pachaikili Muthucharam and Malayalam debut in Annayum Rasoolum. Andrea Jeremiah was born into an Anglo-Indian family living in the Arakkonam region of the capital of Tamil Nadu.Andrea's dad is an attorney working at the Madras High Court. Also, she has one younger sister, who works as a research associate Leuven Belgium. Jeremiah is born in Chennai. She went to National Public School, and then graduated Women's Christian College. She has said that she was quite a fan of science and wanted to become a psychiatrist until she completed the 12th grade of her board exams.Andrea was a classical pianist when she was just eight. Young Stars is a Jackson Five style group that was her first group when she was 10 years old and was the beginning of her musical and singing career. Also, she was a theatre artist in her college and performed in a variety of stage plays organised through The Madras Players and EVAM. Andrea served as head of the Women's Christian College's Student Senate. Andrea started her acting career as a child actress in Girish Karnad Nagamandala. She was a part-time actress in a leo commercial with actor Shiva. In 2006, she was a part-time actress in a show that was airing on Podhigai. She's performed on stage in India. She was in a short part at the conclusion of Kanda Mudhal 2005. She sang a song for Gautham Vasudev's Vettaiyaadu. The director asked her to join his lead female characters on Pachaikili Muthucharam. Andrea plays Kalyani who is married and mother of a man with an affair. Andrea won the role of Kalyani following Simran Shobana Tabu and other actors were approached.
